Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Clothes by Victoria Rose! Below is our shipping policy to help you understand how we process and deliver your order.

Shipping Locations

Currently, we only ship orders within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. There will be an announcement bar at the top of the website on the homepage updating you if shipping has been adjusted. 

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates for Items Made in House

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer the following shipping options:

    •    Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3–7 business days

    •    Expedited Shipping (if applicable): Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days

Any and/ or all third party vendors may have varying shipping timelines for dropped shipped items, which currently include scarves and bandanas. We will update you with shipping information once you have placed your ordered. Scarves and bandanas are not eligible for free shipping. These items are excluded from the free shipping policy for orders over $150.

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier delays, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Clothes by Victoria Rose or Victoria Phillips Studio and Gallery LLC is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
